Papersseum: competition guide

Write a bot, upload one Python file, and watch it fight four other bots for control of a circular arena. Your bot plays automatically, round after round, and a leaderboard ranks everyone by how well their bot does.

Read section 3 before you start. A submission is one .py file, at most 1 MB. If your bot is a neural network, its weights have to be inside that file. Section 6 shows how, and it takes one command.
